EARLY INTERVENTION

At JDNMSTC, early intervention occurs between 2 and 4 years. Early interventions not only give children the best start possible, but also the best chance of developing to their full potential. The sooner a child gets help, the greater the chance for learning and progress. Early intervention programs often include: Family training, Speech therapy, Hearing impairment services, Physical therapy and Nutrition services.

CARE GROUP

We provide individual care to the children in an attempt to lessen the deficits and barriers associated with autism and other autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Our constant endeavor is to increase the quality of life and functional independence of the children. Treatment is typically tailored to the child's needs. Our Care Group Programs include: 1) Assessment 2) Consultancy 3) Counselling 4) Language & Communication Therapy 5) Mainstreaming

SCHOOL UNIT

Our Special needs school and programs are for kids who have challenges or disabilities that interfere with learning. We provide support that’s not normally provided in general education programs. We offer a wide range of approaches and services for JOYFUL LEARNING. These include smaller classes, individualized learning, one-on-one support, self-contained classrooms, resource rooms and learning aids. Our Services include: Computer Training, OT & Speech Therapy, Meditation, Music & Dance Therapy, Sports & Yoga.

VOCATIONAL UNIT

The goal and function of our vocational education for students with disabilities is providing them with skills to secure employment opportunities for independent living. Our aim is to empower the differently abled and equip them with tools to become self-reliant through vocational training, rehabilitation and income generation. Our facilities include training in Non – thermal cooking, canteen management, diya, card, envelope, gift bags, jewellery and rakhi making, spiral binding, etc.

TEACHERS TRAINING COLLEGE

We implement one of the most strategic approaches towards special education in India. Our RCI approved [D.ED.SE(IDD)] course implements the most useful strategic approaches to special education that is accepted all over the world. The role of the special education teachers is very challenging, and our course is meticulously crafted to serve all the difficult phases of SEN teaching like Autism, Learning Disability, Mental Retardation and ADHD. The following facilities are offered: Regular Hands-on In-house Training for trainee teachers, Group teaching classes, IEP, OT, PT, ST, Psychology training and Internship sessions in reputed special and mainstream schools.
